A
(1) Where at the time of the entry into force of this Law by the competent authority of a public institution or of an agricultural innovation and practice centre, no provisions on appointment, suspension, disciplinary measures and dismissal as such Intended in Article 4.1.2, fourth paragraph, of the Education and Vocational Education Act are established, these provisions are established by Our Minister of Education, Culture and Science and, as far as it concerns agricultural education, Our Minister of Agriculture, Nature Management and Fisheries.

1. In respect of the staff of an institution, of an agricultural innovation and practice centre or of a national body, stay by way of derogation from the Articles 4.1.2 , 4.1.4 and 4.3.2 of the Education and Vocational Education Act , the rules in force on the day preceding the date of entry into force of this Act in respect of the personnel concerned shall apply to a date to be determined by Royal Decree, which shall apply to the said institutions, to innovation and to the Practical centres and organs may be different.
2. Until the date of the royal decree referred to in paragraph 1, the date referred to in that paragraph may be the day preceding the day prior to the date of entry into force of that law, in so far as it is applicable to or under the general measure of The Governing Council of the European Parliament and of the Council shall be amended by means of a general measure adopted by a ministerial authority.

2 In disputes between staff and competent authority of a school, institution or institute as referred to in Article 2 (2), Article 12.3.2 (1st paragraph) of the Education and Vocational Education Act , or national body for vocational education as referred to in that law, brought before a commission of appeal or by the civil court following the rules, applicable on the day prior to the date on which our Minister of State of Education, Culture and Science in respect of that school, that institution or institute shall apply Article 12.3.1 Article 12.3.10 of the Education and Vocational Education Act , the rules applicable to that date shall continue to apply.
1 The Articles I, Parts C to G, and II take effect on a date to be determined by royal decree, which can be determined differently for the various institutions, innovation and practice centres and national bodies listed in those parts.
2 Article 1 (A), (B) and (H) to (U) , as well as the Article III, Part A .10, IV, part J, V, parts B and C, and Article IX shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the State Sheet where this law is placed and shall return to work until 1 January 1996. Article IX, first paragraph , shall expire from the moment when Article 3.2.1 of the Education and Vocational Education Act As it was according to this law, enters into force.
3 The Article III, Part A , except A. 10, IV, except for part J, V, part A, and VII, parts G and H, enter into force from the day after the date of issuance of the State Sheet where this law is placed.
4 Article III, part B , shall enter into force with effect from 31 July 1996. If: State Sheet in which this law is placed, shall be issued after 30 July 1996, Article III (B) , entry into force from the day following the date of issuance of the State Sheet in which this law is placed and operates back to 31 July 1996.
5 Article VIII shall enter into force from 1 September 1996. If: State Sheet in which this law is placed, is issued after 31 August 1996, Article VIII in effect from the day after the date of issuance of the State Sheet in which this law is placed and operates back up to 1 September 1996.
6 The Article I, Section V , and VII, Parts A, B, C, D, F and I , enter into force with effect from 1 January 1997.
7 Article VII, part E , shall enter into force with effect from 1 August 1996. If: State Sheet in which this law is placed, is issued after 31 July 1996, Article VII (E) , entry into force from the day following the date of issuance of the State Sheet in which this law is placed and operates back to 1 August 1996.
8 Article VI shall enter into force with effect from 1 August 1997.
Burdens and orders that are in the State Sheet will be placed, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
