All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut, do know:
In this regard, we have taken into account that, as a result of developments in the management of major rivers, it is desirable that the rules applicable under the Act of Rivierenwet should be adapted as well as to simplify, partly in the context of integration with the General provisions of the Law management state waterworks , partly due to additional provisions in the Expropriation law and any other laws;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
[ Red: Change the Management Water Works Act.]
[ Red: Amenes the Water State Law 1900.]
[ Red: Modifices the Dismissal Law.]
[ Red: Modification of the expropriation law.]
1 The River Act is repealed.
2 Nevertheless, the limits of the restricted area instructions and other restrictions to the requirement of a licence, which shall be valid on the date of entry into force of this Act on the basis of the provisions of the Act, of the Act, shall continue to apply. force until the date of entry into force of the decision to be taken pursuant to the Management of State Water Works Act laying down the limits on the subject matter of territory and other restrictions on the requirement of a licence.
This Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which it is placed.
