Law of 29 August 1991, amending the Law on incapacity for work

All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we have taken into consideration the fact that, in connection with the Law on contributions to benefits ( Stb. 1986, 639) is desirable. Law on incapacity for work in the military ( Stb. 1972, 313);
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
Article I, Section C , remains out of application in respect of cash benefits under Chapter II of the Law on incapacity for work , which have been granted as from one day, situated before the date of entry into force of this Act.
This Act shall enter into force from the second day following the date of issue of the State Sheet where it is placed. It works in terms of Article I, Section E , in so far as this relates to benefits resulting from Chapter II of the Law on incapacity for work , back to 1 May 1985. It works in terms of Article I, Parts C and E , in so far as they relate to benefits resulting from Chapter III of the Military Incapacity Facility back to 1 January 1987.
Burdens and orders that are in the State Sheet will be placed, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
