All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we considered that it would be desirable to achieve a level playing field of the external advisory structure in the field of public housing, regional planning and environmental management, as well as to the existing advisory bodies in the field of public housing, and the development of the (i) to harmonise areas in force;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
1 The Committee on Drinking Water, referred to in Article 2 of the Water Management Act , continue the ongoing work of the Council for Drinking Water Supply.
2 Persons who, immediately before the date of entry into force of this Act, holds the position of Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Member or Deputy Member of the Technical Committee for Soil Protection or the Management Board, shall continue the exercise of that function for the duration of their appointment.
3 Persons who, immediately before the date of entry into force of this Act, holds the position of Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Member or Deputy Member of the Advisory Council on Spatial Planning, the Wadden Advisory Council or the The Housing Board shall be dismissed from that position as from that date.
4 By way of derogation from Article 55 Ed , first paragraph, of the Spatial Planning Act. shall be appointed for the first time, after the entry into force of this Law, without the Council having been heard before the Regional Planning Board.
5 By way of derogation from Article 55 Ed , third member, of the Spatial Planning Act. shall be entered for the first time, after the entry into force of this Act:
a. A maximum of eight members for a period of three years; and
(b) has been appointed to a maximum of eight members for a period of four years.
6 By way of derogation from Article 56 P. , first paragraph, of the Spatial Planning Act. shall be appointed for the first time, after the entry into force of this law, without the advice of the Wadden Advisory Council.
7 By way of derogation from Article 56 P. , third member, of the Spatial Planning Act. shall be entered for the first time, after the entry into force of this Act:
a. A maximum of eight members for a period of three years; and
(b) has been appointed for a period of four years to a maximum of nine members.
8 By way of derogation from Article 91, first paragraph, of the Housing Act shall be appointed for the first time, after the entry into force of this law, without the Council having been heard before the Housing Council.
9 By way of derogation from Article 91, third paragraph, of the Housing Act shall be entered for the first time, after the entry into force of this Act:
a. A maximum of seven members for a period of three years; and
(b) appoint a maximum of six members for a period of four years.
10 The Commission's proposal for genetic modification Article 2.26 of the Environment , continue the ongoing work of the Provisional Committee on Genetic Modification.
11 Persons who, immediately before the date of entry into force of this Act, holds the position of Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Member or Deputy Member of the Drinking Water Supply Council or the Provisional Committee of the Genetic Water modification, the exercise of that function as Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Deputy Member, Deputy Member of the Committee on Drinking Water, and the Commission on the subject of genetic modification, for the duration of the period of their appointment.
1 For the placement of this law in the State Sheet Our Minister brings the citations of articles of the Soil Protection Act in accordance with the numbering of the rules adopted by our Minister.
2 This Act shall enter into force as from the first day of the second calendar month following the date of issue of the State Sheet where it is placed.
The text of the Water supply law is being led by Our Minister of Justice in the State Sheet placed.
Burdens and orders that are in the State Sheet will be placed, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
