Law of 24 may 2012 amending the Aliens Act 2000 in connection with national visa and some other topics We Beatrix, by the grace of God, Queen of the Netherlands, Princess of Orange-Nassau, etc. etc. etc.
All who read this will see or hear, greetings! do: So We have considered that it is desirable to amend the Aliens Act 2000 in order to include rules regarding national visa and some other subjects;
So it is, that we heard, the Council of State, and with agreement of the States-General of the Netherlands, as we find good goedgevonden and have understood and understand to this: article I [Red: modifies the Aliens Act 2000.]
Article II 1 On the treatment of applications for an authorization for temporary stay or return visa submitted for the date of entry into force of article I, part C, of this law remains the law that applied to that time of application.
2 with regard to the ability to object and appeal against a decision on an application as referred to in paragraph 1 remains the law in force before the date of entry into force of article I, part C, of this law shall apply.
3 On an application referred to in article 25, submitted for the date of entry into force of article I, part C, of this law, remains the right as that applied to that time of application.
4 On the treatment of a complaint against a decision which is published for the date of entry into force of article I, part C, of this law, given on an application, as referred to in paragraph 3, the right as that applied to that time of application.
Article III The articles of this law shall enter into force at a time determined by Royal Decree, that for the various articles or parts of different can be fixed.
Charges and recommend that this in the Official Gazette will be placed and that all ministries, authorities, bodies and officials whom it may concern, to the exact implementation will keep the hand.
