In this regard, we have taken into consideration that it is desirable to Gas Act and the Electricity Act 1998 to amend in order to strengthen the functioning of the gas market, to improve energy infrastructure, to improve the sustainability of energy and to evaluate these laws;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:

For contracts relating to the sale of gas concluded before the date of entry into force of the Article I, Part T , applicable Article 54a as this article was worded before the date of entry into force of this Article.
For exceptional and significant investments caught up to the date of entry into force of Article I, Section AB, under 3 , and Article II (R) (3) ) of the Law of 2 December 2010 amending the Gas Act and the Electricity Act 1998, strengthening the functioning of the gas market, improving security of supply and laying down rules on priority for sustainable development electricity, as well as some other amendments to these laws (Stb. 2010, 810), applicable Article 81b, second paragraph, of the Gas Act and 41b, second paragraph, of the Electricity Act 1998 , as they luded before the entry into force of Article I (AB) (3) and Article II (R) (3).
If the Articles I, Parts Y and AC and II, part S , enter into force during the period specified in: Article 81, first paragraph, of the Gas Act and 41, first paragraph, of the Electricity Act 1998 then remain for that period the Articles 80 and 81c of the Gas Act and 41c of the Electricity Act 1998 applicable as they were in the middle of that time.
The articles of this Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by royal decree, which may be determined differently for the various articles or parts of such articles.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
