In this regard, we have taken the view that it is desirable to adapt the rules on the promotion of environmental quality of electricity supply for reasons of financial management.
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
Applications for grant aid submitted before the entry into force of this Act and grants granted prior to the entry into force of this Act shall continue to apply to or under Chapter 5, Section 2.2, of the Electricity Act 1998 applicable immediately prior to that time, except that only subsidy is granted for the amount of electricity generated corresponding to the electricity generated by the Article 72r, second paragraph, point (a) That is the estimate.
This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
