In this regard, we have taken into consideration that it is desirable to Competition law , the Metrology Act , the Guarantee Act , the Law independent postal and telecommunications authority , the Law on Chambers of Commerce and Plants 1997 and the Law at the Central Bureau of Statistics to be adapted to the Framework Law on self-employed administrative bodies ;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:

[ Red: Modises the Law on Chambers of Commerce and Plants 1997.]
[ Red: Modification of the Competition Act.]
[ Red: Modises the Independent Postal and Telecommunications Authority Act.]
[ Red: Change the Metrology Act.]
[ Red: Amenes the Truth Act 1986.]
A After the entry into force of Article I is based on Article 24, 2nd paragraph, of the Law at the Central Bureau of Statistics decision taken on Article 14, second paragraph, of the framework law on self-governing bodies .
B After the entry into force of Article II be based:
1. Legal position of Chambers of Commerce On Article 15 (2) of the Framework Law on independent administrative bodies ;
2. Designation of publications ' chambers of commerce on the Article 35, third paragraph , and 37, sixth paragraph, of the Law on Chambers of Commerce and Plants 1997 ;
3. Scheme contributions and fees chambers of commerce on the Article 34, first paragraph , 36, 1st Member , 36a, 1st Member , and 37, fifth paragraph, of the Law on Chambers of Commerce and Plants 1997 ;
4. Compensation to members of the Board of Chambers of Commerce On Article 13 of the Act on Chambers of Commerce and Plants 1997 ;
5. the Commercial register financial system on the Articles 3 and 4 of the Financial Decision Trade Register and Article 36, first paragraph , Article 36a, first paragraph , and 37, fifth paragraph, of the Law on Chambers of Commerce and Plants 1997 ;
6. State Secretary for Economic Affairs of 23 June 2008, No WJZ 8074645, on the concept of business in the commercial register ( Stcrt. 2008, 123 ) On Article 21 (1) of the Framework Law on independent administrative bodies .
C After the entry into force of Article III be based:
1. the under Articles 4a and 5d, first paragraph, of the Competition Act Decisions taken on the basis of the following decisions: Article 14, second paragraph , and 21, first paragraph, of the framework law on self-employed administrative bodies ;
2. the Article 5l of the Competition Act set rules on Article 4:81, 1st paragraph, of the General Law governing the administrative law .
D After the entry into force of Article IV :
1. Status of permanent members of OPTA 2009 On Article 14, second paragraph, of the framework law on self-governing bodies ;
2. Policy rule by the Minister for Economic Affairs on tasks to be exercised by the College in the electronic communications sector On Article 21 (1) of the Framework Law on independent administrative bodies ;
3. is an appointment of an associate member who has been done by the college for entry into force Article IV , equivalent to an appointment made under Article 7 (1), First paragraph, Law of Independent Postal and Telecommunications Authority ;
4. is a fee granted by the college to an associate member for the entry into force of Article IV , equivalent to a fee granted under Article 14 of the Framework Law on independent administrative bodies .

These articles of this Law enter into force on a date to be determined by royal decree, which may be determined differently for the various articles or parts of such articles.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
