Law of 24 may 2012 amending the beverage and catering regulations with a view to the reduction of alcohol use among young people in particular, the prevention of alcohol-related disturbance of public order, as well as to reduce the administrative burden We Beatrix, by the grace of God, Queen of the Netherlands, Princess of Orange-Nassau, etc. etc. etc.
All who read this will see or hear, greetings! do: So We have considered, that it is desirable to amend the beverage and catering regulations the alcohol use among young people, in particular to reduce alcohol-related disturbance of public order as far as possible and to reduce the administrative burdens arising from the law;
So it is, that we heard, the Council of State, and with agreement of the States-General of the Netherlands, as we find good goedgevonden and have understood and understand to this: article I [Red: modifies the beverage and catering regulations.]

Article II [Red: modifies the law on economic offences.]

Article III 1 The in article 4 of Regulation referred to the beverage and catering regulations is established for the first time within 12 months after the entry into force of article I, part C, of this law.
