Law of 28 March 2013 amending the Crisis and Recovery Act and various other laws in relation to the permanent making of the Crisis and Recovery Act and the application of some improvements in the field of environmental law

In this regard, we have considered that it is desirable to make the permanent use of the Crisis and Recovery Act to extend that law for an indefinite period, and to amend that law and various other laws with a view to making certain improvements in the field of environmental law;

1 Chapter 2, Section 1, as applicable immediately before the date of entry into force of this Regulation. Chapter I, Section E , of this Law, shall continue to apply to the preparation and adoption of an area development plan, if the draft of that plan has been made available for inspection by that date.
2 An area development plan as referred to in Article 2.3, 1st paragraph, of the Crisis and Recovery Act As it was stated before the date of entry into force of the Chapter I, Section E , of this Law, after it is irrevocably established, in conjunction with the zoning plan of which it is part, shall be assimilated to a zoning plan as referred to in Article 2.3, first paragraph, of the Crisis and Recovery Act, as this is to be After the entry into force of Chapter I, Section E, of this Law.

The articles of this Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by royal decree, which may be determined differently for the various articles or parts of such articles.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and public servants who so far as to do so will keep their hands on the precise execution.
