In this regard, we have considered that a number of articles should be considered appropriate. Comptability law amend the budget-related staff and equipment, the financial accountability of the State and State-owned enterprises;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:

4 It is hereby approved a future amendment of the Foundation International Reference Centre for Community Water Supply and Sanitation, in so far as it amends Article 9 which covers the expiry of the provision, which shall be a copy of the the auditor's report should be sent to the Court of Auditors.

7 It is hereby approved that a future amendment of the common rules for the establishment of the Havenship Vlissingen shall be amended as far as it is concerned:
1. Amendment of Article 32, fifth paragraph, on the expiry of the provision that copies of the account must be sent to the Court of Auditors;
2. Amendment of Article 34, on the expiry of the General Court of Auditors from that Article.
8 It is hereby approved that a future amendment of the common rules for the establishment of the Havenship shall be amended, as far as it is concerned:
1. Amendment of Article 32, fifth paragraph, on the expiry of the provision that copies of the account must be sent to the Court of Auditors;
2. Amendment of Article 34, on the expiry of the General Court of Auditors from that Article.

11 The Law of 3 March 1948, dealing with the financial liability of the State for the management of the Foundation for Dutch-Belgian Cultural Cooperation, established in Gravenhage ( Stb. 1948, I 82) shall be repealed.
12 The Law of 9 June 1949, dealing with the Monetary Liability of the Empire for the Management of the Foundation for Dutch-French Cultural Cooperation ( Stb. 1949, J 235) shall be repealed.

1 This Law shall enter into force from 1 January 1995.
If: State Sheet in which this law is placed, is issued after 31 December 1994, then enters into force with effect from the day following the issuance of the State Sheet in which it is placed and operates back up to 1 January 1995.
2 With respect to the financial years preceding the financial year 1995, the articles of the Comptability law applicable, as they were in prior to the entry into force of this Act.
Burdens and orders that are in the State Sheet will be placed, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
