In this regard, we have taken into consideration that it is desirable to Comptability Act 2001 to change in relation to departmental reclassification and some technical adjustments;
It is true that we, the Department of Consultative Affairs of the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-liked and understood to be right and to be understood as saying:
By way of derogation from Article 1, first paragraph, point (i) , Article 1, second and third paragraphs, and Article 12, first paragraph of the Comptability Act 2001 , in respect of the financial year 2012, it may be waived to submit a proposal of law establishing the budgetary record of the Wadden Fund.
This Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issue of the Official Journal in which it is placed with the exception of the parts A, points 1, 2 and 3, B, C, D, F and I of Article I, first paragraph , and Article II , which shall enter into force with effect from 1 August 2011. If the Official Gazette issued this law is issued on or after the date of 1 August 2011, those parts shall enter into force from the day after the date of issuance of that Official Gazette and shall return to 1. August 2011.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
