In this regard, we considered that it would be desirable to promote the employment of young people up to the age of 27 in the context of the economic crisis, and to do so temporarily to amend the Civil Code so as to enable these young people to take part in the labour market. employers may be given more consecutive fixed-term contracts before an open-ended contract of employment arises;
For instance, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-liked and understood to be right and to be understood as saying:
Paragraph 6 of Article 668a of Book 7 of the Civil Code shall not apply to workers whose employment contract complies with the conditions laid down in Article 668a (1) and (3) at the time of entry into force of this Act.
The articles of this Law shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which they are placed.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
