Act of 27 October 2011 amending Book 1 of the Civil Code to amend Article 97 and repair some technical deficiencies which have occurred in the implementation of the Law Adjustment Legal Community of Goods

We Beatrix, at the grace of God, Queen of the Netherlands, Princess of Orange-Nassau, etc. etc. etc.

All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:

In this regard, we have taken into consideration that it is desirable to do so. Book 1 of the Civil Code to be amended to Article 97 to adjust and to repair some technical imperfections that occurred in the creation of the Law of 18 April 2011 amending Titles 6, 7 and 8 of Book 1 of the Civil Code ( Law adapting legal community of goods );

It is true that we, the Department of Consultative Affairs of the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have found and understand the same as We approve and understand:


Article I

A community of goods arising before the entry into force of this Act shall remain subject to the duty immediately prior to the date of entry into force of this Act.


Article III

This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.

Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
