Law of 14 March 2013 to amend Book 7 of the Civil Code and the Implementing Law Rent Prices Housing (rent increase on the basis of a second category of household goods)

We have taken the view that it is desirable to do so. Book 7 of the Civil Code and the Rental Prices Rental Prices change in such a way that an annual rent increase shall also depend on a second category of household income of the tenant and the other residents of a housing area;

This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.
