We have taken the view that it is desirable to do so. Book 7 of the Civil Code and the Rental Prices Rental Prices change in such a way that an annual rent increase shall also depend on a second category of household income of the tenant and the other residents of a housing area;
It is true that we, the Department of Consultative Affairs of the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have found and understand the same as We approve and understand:
If the number of the year in question is: Article 252a, 2nd paragraph, part d, of Book 7 of the Civil Code , the calendar year 2011 or 2012 is, in part b of that article for " the result of 108% of the twelve thousand of the amount per month, as referred to in Article 2 (1) of the Article 8 (1) (a) of the basic minimum wage and minimum holiday allowances ' read: the figure of 108% of the annual amount per month provided for in Article 8 (1) (a) of the minimum wage and minimum holiday allowances, as in force on 1 January of the year of the year, reduce the employee's share of the premium, which is intended to be Article 25 (2) of the Social Insurance Financing Act and to increase the fee resulting from Article 46 (1) of the Zorginsurance Act On that amount.
Our Minister for Wons and State Department in agreement with Our Ministers of Security and Justice and of Finance shall send to the States-General a report on effectiveness within three years from the date of entry into force of this Act. and the effects in the practice of the articles modified and added by this Act Book 7 of the Civil Code and the Rental Prices Rental Prices .
This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and public servants who so far as to do so will keep their hands on the precise execution.
