Law of 7 July 2010 amending, inter alia, Book 2 of the Civil Code and the Law Documentation Companies in connection with the revocation of the declaration of no objection, and improving and extending the control of legal persons with the aim of preventing and combating the abuse of legal persons

In this regard, we considered that the declaration of no objection should be allowed to lapse and to improve and extend the control of legal persons with a view to the prevention and control of abuse of legal persons, on the basis of risk reporting;

In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:

This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.

Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
