Law of 18 June 2012 to amend Book 2 of the Civil Code in connection with the approximation of the Law of Inquiry

All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we have taken the view that it is desirable to adapt access to the survey and to strengthen safeguards in the field of the right of inquiry;
It is true that we have heard the Department of State advisories, and with all the States-General, agreed upon in common, and are understood to mean that we approve and understand the following:
Within three years of the entry into force of this Act, our Minister of Security and Justice shall send to the States-General a report on the effectiveness and effects of this law in practice.
The law applicable before the date of entry into force of this Act shall continue to apply in respect of cases in which the application for the application of the law is Article 345 of Book 2 of the Civil Code has been submitted prior to that time, except that the changes to Article 353 (2) and Article 358 (3) apply to the cases mentioned in the first sentence.
This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
