In this regard, we have taken into consideration that it is desirable to Book 1 of the Civil Code to amend the procedure in case of adoption by one adopter or by the partner of an earlier one, and the other Law to include foreign children for adoption to amend it in order to permit the same-sex spouses to take up a foreign child for adoption;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:

[ Red: Change the Donors Data Artificial Fertilization Act.]
[ Red: Change the Law to include foreign children for adoption.]
Article 3 of the Law integrating foreign children for adoption As it stated before the entry into force of this Act, it shall continue to apply to principles of principle which have already been granted at the date of entry into force of this Act, but shall not apply to requests for prolongation of the period of validity of that law. of which are or are to be submitted on or after the date of entry into force of this Act.
This Act shall enter into force from the first day of the second calendar month following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which it is placed.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
