Law of 4 June 2014 to amend Book 7 of the Civil Code and the Implementing Law Rent Prices Living area related to the modernisation and simplification of the rules of operation of the rental commission

In this regard, we have taken into consideration that it is desirable to Book 7 of the Civil Code and the Rental Prices Rental Prices to amend, in relation to the modernisation and simplification of the rules of operation of the rental committee;

  • 1 The requests pending at the time of entry into force of this Act to the rent committee shall be treated by the rental commission in accordance with the law in force before the date of entry into force of this Law.

  • 2 To a request to the rental commission as referred to in Article 7:260 of the Civil Code that refers to utility charges with an individual meter and the service costs for which the landlord for the time of entry into force of this law to the renter gives an overview of the utility charges with an individual meter. Has provided individual meter and service charges within the prescribed time limit of six months as referred to in Article 7:259, 2nd paragraph, of the Civil Code , the law applicable before the date of entry into force of this Law shall apply.

This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.

Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and public servants who so far as to do so will keep their hands on the precise execution.
