In this regard, we considered that it would be desirable for the Central Board of Appeal to be at the highest discretion as to appeals against decisions of the Maror-monies Foundation, the Foundation's Jewish Humanitarian Fund, the Stichting Rechtsherstel Foundation. Sinti and Roma and the Foundation The Geable;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
1 By way of derogation from Article 28a, introductory wording and subparagraph (a) of the Appeals Act Section B. 20 of the Annex to the Appellate Act also applies to the possibility of appeal proceedings against a judgment published before the date of entry into force of this Act.
2 A appealed appeal at the time of the entry into force of this Act to the Administrative Section relating to a decision pursuant to a regulation referred to in paragraph B. 20 of the Annex to the Appellate Law shall be automatically filed in the where it is located, refer to the Central Board of Appeal.
3 If, before the date of entry into force of this Law, an appeal or appeal has been lodged in respect of a decision pursuant to a regulation referred to in section B. 20 of the Annex to the Appellate Act, it shall remain in respect of the liability to be paid Registry law applicable to the date of entry into force of this Law.
Under Application of Article 16 of the Temporary Referendum Act this Law shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which it is placed.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
