We have taken the view that provision should be made for a legal basis for the amendment of the remuneration of the judicial authorities on 1 April 1993;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
By way of derogation from the Legal status of judicial officers may be amended in respect of the remuneration of the judicial officers relating to the period from 1 April 1993 to 1 April 1994 by a general measure of management, subject to Article 1 (2) of the Law on the The remuneration of the officials of the Court of Justice, as at 31 March 1994.
This Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the State Sheet in which it is placed and operates back up to 1 April 1993.
Burdens and orders that are in the State Sheet will be placed, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
