All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we have taken the view that it is desirable to set a time-limit within which legal proceedings relating to management conducted by the Netherlands Management Institute or by persons, by whom it has undertaken to be assisted or to represent, or to do so, to be set up;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
1 Proceedings against the State, the Council for the Court of Justice, the Joint Management Division, the provisions for the Appointment and the Provision of Legal Persons of the Council for the Rechtsherstel, the Netherlands Administrative Institute and persons, by to assist or represent it or to represent it, on the basis of management or property management conducted by that institute or persons, on the ownership of assets which they manage, in so far as they are not so far issuance of still under the defendant, certain things cannot be done where a two-year period has elapsed, both since the date on which the management has actually ended, and since the entry into force of that law.
2 In so far as the action is based on a conduct which is subject to a timely appeal to the President or to the Council's case-law of the Council of the Court of Justice, the period referred to in the first paragraph shall not end before the end of the period of application of the law. Two years have elapsed since the end of the appeal.
In the event that the person concerned has been reasonably unable to make a legal claim, as provided for in Article 1 , within the time set out there, ends the Article 1 shall not, for as long as two years have elapsed since the day on which the prevention of the event has ended.
This Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the State Sheet , in which she is placed.
Burdens and orders, which are in the State Sheet will be placed, and that all Ministerial Departments, Authorities, Colleges and Officials, who so concern, will keep their hands on the precise execution.
