Law of 5 April 2001 amending provisions relating to the processing of personal data

In this regard, we have taken into consideration the need to supplement the proposal from the Commission. Personal data protection law The Directive No 95 /46/EC of 23 November 1995 of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (OJ L 281, 23 November 1995) to implement in the other Dutch legislation and to adapt this legislation as necessary to the proposal of Personal data protection law ;
Having regard to Article 10, second and third paragraphs, of the Constitution ;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:

If an appeal is filed against a decision as referred to in Article 85, first paragraph , or 105, third member, of the Dutch Basic Administration Personal Data Act , as these articles set up before the entry into force of this Act, the treatment of that profession takes place at the foot of the articles 86 , 87 and 106 of the Accounting Municipal Administration Personal Data Act , like these articles for the entry into force of this law in the midst of it.
