§ 1 Termination of the financing of the old style of education

  • A

    • 1. The training schools for nursery school and teacher training schools financed by the Member States on 31 July 1984 from 1 August 1984 for a first year of apprenticeship are no longer financed from the State's coffers; 2.

    • (2) As regards the years after 31 July 1984 to the Schools referred to in paragraph 1, the rules applicable on 31 July 1984 shall continue to apply until 1 August 1986, provided that it is the section A of a training school. in the case of preschool teachers or a teacher training school, and until 1 August 1987, in so far as it concerns the section B of a training school for nursery training.     • 1. After consulting the organizations concerned, the Education Council, our Minister, after consulting the Education Council, shall establish, before 1 March 1983, a transitional education training course for 1984 for primary school teacher training schools, which shall be from 1 August 1984, from the budget of the Netherlands.

    • 2. The transitional plan for 1984 shall have the following interrelated objectives:

      • (a) to ensure that all nursery training schools and teacher training schools, as referred to in the third paragraph, are transferred to primary school teacher training schools, both in administrative and staff levels;

      • b. To arrive at primary school teacher training schools, resulting from at least one nursery school teacher and a teacher training school where it is possible to do so;

      • (c) to achieve a balanced set of primary school teacher training schools, in view of the education required in the area concerned and the needs of primary school teachers;

      • d. to attend training schools for primary school teachers, each of which is of a sufficient size to ensure the proper care of education;

      • e. to a number of training schools for primary school teachers, which shall not exceed 67.

    • (3) Training schools for nursery school teachers and teacher training schools referred to in this paragraph are training schools for nursery school teachers and teacher training schools, which will be carried out either on 31 July 1982 or from the State of the Netherlands. They are included in the schools plan adopted in 1981, referred to in Article 65 of the Secondary Education Act, or are designated under Article 56 of the Secondary Education Act.

    • 3. A state school can only be included in the transitional plan for 1984 if the school comes out of at least a school teacher training school or a primary school teacher training school. If our Minister is of the opinion that any other school is requested, or another place of establishment, or a request by more applicants, is jointly more in line with the objectives set out in Part H, second paragraph, in consultation with the applicant, and, where necessary, with the competent authority of eligible nursery training schools and teacher training schools before the transitional plan is adopted, before the transitional plan is adopted.

    • 6. In the transition plan for 1984, our minister takes up the schools, which are separate and interrelated with the goals mentioned in Section H, 2nd paragraph.     • (2) Where a request for inclusion of a school has not been taken in the transitional plan for 1984, the reasons for such communication shall be communicated to the applicant when the plan is forwarded.

  • 2 The Articles III, Parts H to P, and IV This Act enters into force with effect from 1 August 1982. If: State Sheet , in which this law is placed, is issued after 31 July 1982, the articles, named in the first sentence, enter into force from the day after the date of issuance of the State Sheet in which this law is placed, and shall return to work until 1 August 1982.
