In this regard, we considered that it would be desirable to transfer to the Municipality the Krabbegeul and Krabbegeul in Dordrecht, who are in management and maintenance, and the part of the Mallegat, with associated works at Dordrecht. Dordrecht,
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
1 The Empire transfers management and maintenance to the municipality of Dordrecht:
a. de Krabbegeul,
b. The Mallegat, for so much situated between the dams applied therein; one and the other with related works.
2 Water works described in paragraph 1 are marked with an arcing on the drawing accompanying this Act.
3 The management and maintenance of the SOEs described in paragraph 1 shall be transferred to the extent to which they are vested in the State.
The municipality of Dordrecht enters into the management and maintenance of the in Article 1 defined water state works vis-a-vis third parties in the rights and obligations of the Empire in this field.
