For the purpose of this Act:
a. Our Minister: Our Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport;
b. RIVM: the State Institute, intended in Article 2 ;
c. the Director-General: the Director-General of RIVM, mentioned in Article 2 ;
d. multi-year activity programme: a programme as intended Article 4 .

1 The RIVM shall, without prejudice to or under other laws, be responsible for:

This law is cited as: RIVM Law.
