In this regard, we considered that in order to improve the enforcement of arrangements for the execution of which knowledge of a person's identity is important, it is desirable to define the documents in which the identity of persons is to be identified. may be laid down in cases designated by the law, as well as to designate any of those cases;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
1 Documents which enable the identity of persons to be established in cases designated by law shall be designated as:
1 °. a valid travel document as intended Article 2, first paragraph, points a, b, c, d, e and g , or a Dutch identity card as referred to in Article 2, second paragraph, of the Passport Act;
2. the documents on which a foreigner is responsible for the Aliens Act 2000 the establishment of its identity, nationality and residence status;
3 °. a valid national, diplomatic, or service passport issued by the competent authority in another Member State of the European Communities or in another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Community. Space, in so far as the holder holds the nationality of that other Member State;
4 °. a valid driving licence issued on the basis of the Road Traffic Act, a valid driving licence as intended Article 107 of the Road Traffic Act 1994 or a driving licence issued by the competent authority in another Member State of the European Communities or in another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, the holder of which is in the Netherlands resident, as long as the at the Road Traffic Act 1994 the period of validity fixed in the Netherlands has not expired, no administrative action is provided for in the holder Section 9 of Chapter VI of the Road Traffic Act 1994 has been imposed or not subject to him the additional penalty in question Article 179 of that Act has been imposed and provided that the driving licence is provided with a passport photo of the holder.
2 Our Minister of Security and Justice may, for a given period or not, designate other than the documents referred to in paragraph 1, in order to establish the identity of persons.
Any person who has reached the age of fourteen is obliged to claim the first claim of an official as intended. Article 8 of the Polition Act 2012 or Article 6a of the Special Investigation Services Act , an identity document as referred to in Article 1 to provide access to. This obligation shall also apply where the claim is made by a supervisor.
1 Article 50 B Paragraph 3 of the Social Insurance Organization Act, as amended by this Law, shall apply only to insured persons who have been in the process of business or who have been paid the wages on or after the date of the act. the entry into force of this Act
2 Our Minister for Social Affairs and Employment, after consulting our Minister of Finance and after hearing the Social Insurance Board, shall set a deadline for the date of entry into force of this Law, within which the insured persons who are responsible for the protection of the work has been started or are going to benefit from the date of entry into force of this law, a document as referred to in Article 1 of the Identification Light Act provide the employer with a view to enabling them to take up the nature and number of the document in the records.
3 The obligation referred to in the second paragraph shall be deemed to be an obligation of the insured person referred to in Article 50 C (ii), second member, of the Social Insurance Organization Law, as amended by this Law.
The articles of this Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by royal decree, which may be determined differently for the various articles or parts of such articles.
This law can be cited as "Law on the Identification Light".
Burdens and orders that are in the State Sheet will be placed, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
