Act of 18 December 1991 providing further provisions concerning the date from which water levels may be collected
We Beatrix, at the grace of God, Queen of the Netherlands, Princess of Orange-Nassau, etc. etc. etc.
All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we considered that it would be desirable to provide further provisions as regards the time from which water can be collected if the tax regulation in question was approved. appeal to the Crown open or is set up;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
The Executive Board of a Water Board shall be empowered to impose reports from the date on which the Member States have approved the tax regulation on which those attacks are based and which have been adopted by the Member States, and Regulation has entered into force.
Objection and appeal to the levying by the water of the water is referred to in the General Law on State Taxation ( Stb. 1959, 301) not authorised on the basis of the fact that appeal to the Crown is open or has been brought against the adoption of the tax regulation in question.
1 Before the entry into force of this Act, attacks against the Court of First Nations, which are based on a tax regulation against the approval of which the Crown is open or set up, shall be regarded as having been subject to a person having been imposed on the court as a person of a competent authority.
2 Attacks referred to in paragraph 1, in respect of which a decision has been taken before the entry into force of this Law or of appeal, shall be deemed to have been imposed by a competent authority on the amounts of the amounts covered by those attacks, as a result of those attacks, decision have been adopted.
This Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the State Sheet where it is placed.
Burdens and orders that are in the State Sheet will be placed, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
