In this regard, we considered that it would be desirable to simplify the administrative structure and the financing structure of water resources, and to do so. Water law and the Surface water pollution law to be amended;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
Within two years of the entry into force of this Act, our Minister of Transport and Water State shall send to the States-General a report on the effectiveness and effects of this law, in so far as it concerns the elections to the management of the water system. in practice.
1 The members of the Governing Council on the entry into force of this Act shall resign from the date of Thursday 8 January 2009.
2 The admission of alternates in places open to the general administration before the date referred to in paragraph 1 shall be made in accordance with the procedure laid down before the entry into force of this Act.
3 The duration of the session of the members of the General Board whose term of office was due to expire upon the entry into force of this Act, but before 8 January 2009, shall be extended until 8 January 2009.
The regulations governing the water sector shall be brought into line with the provisions of this Law or by virtue of this Act before 1 April 2008.
In respect of members of the general administration and executive board who hold office on the date of entry into force of this Act, until their resignation. Article I, Parts F and O , not applicable.

2 The general administration of a watership may decide to extend the period referred to in paragraph 1 for a maximum period of one year.
Divisions set up on the basis of Article 52 of the Watery Act as that stated immediately prior to the date of entry into force of Article I This Act, which has been delegated for this date, may continue to exercise those powers until 8 January 2009 at the latest, or in the case of earlier removal of the section, until the date of termination.
1 The Regulations referred to in the Articles 108 and 109 of the Water Act , as they say as from the entry into force of Article I, Section AB , they shall be adopted before the adoption of the budget for the year 2009.
2 The audit opinion and the report of findings, Article 109 of the Water Act As it reads, as from the entry into force of the Article I, Section AB , as from the financial year 2009, shall comply with the requirements laid down in or pursuant to this paragraph.
3 To the annual accounts for the year 2008, the Articles 105 , 106 and 107 of the Water Act As they were immediately prior to the date of entry into force of the Article I of this Act, applicable to the adoption of the annual accounts.
1 The Regulations referred to in the Articles 120, 1st paragraph , and 122b, 1st member, of the Waterscape Act , as they say as from the entry into force of Article I, parts AF and AG , they shall be adopted before the adoption of the budget for the year 2009.
2 The tax regulations relating to the charges referred to in Article 2 Article 117 , 122a and 122d of the Watery Act and Article 18 of the surface waters pollution Act , as these articles are effective from the entry into force of, respectively, Article I and Article II of this Act, they shall be adopted for the first time before the adoption of the budget for the year 2009.
With regard to taxes relating to tax periods prior to 1 January 2009, and to taxable facts that occurred before that date, the Chapter XVII of the Watery Act and Chapter IV of the Surface Waters Pollution Act applicable as they were in place before the entry into force of Article I, Part AF , below Article II of this law.
With regard to the treatment of objections or appeal brought before the date of entry into force of this Act, the right shall remain as it applies before that date.
The articles of this Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by royal decree, which may be determined differently for the various articles or parts of such articles.
This law is cited as: Order for the modernisation of water systems.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
