Act of 30 May 2002, which provides for the membership of the Royal House and related titles (Royal House Law Membership)

In this regard, we have taken into consideration the desireation of a new system of membership of the royal house under the terms of Article 39 Constitution to establish a number of provisions relating to the titles and names related thereto;

In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:


Article 1

Article 15

This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.
