In this regard, we considered that it is necessary to do so. Directive No 2007 /44/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union of 5 September 2007 amending Directive 92 /49/EEC of the Council and of the Directives 2002 /83/EC , 2004 /39/EC , 2005 /68/EC and 2006 /48/EC as regards procedural rules and evaluation criteria for the prudential assessment of acquisitions and increases of participations in the financial sector (PbEU L 247) is transposed into Dutch law;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
A communication issued on the basis of Article 3:108, 4th paragraph, of the Financial Supervision Act shall be deemed to be a declaration of no objection, granted on the basis of the Article 3:95, first paragraph, part a, of that law .
This law is cited as: Law implementation directive participations in the financial sector.
This Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which it is placed.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
