In this regard, we considered that it would be desirable to have access to insurance on the basis of the Law for incapacity for the self-employed to terminate;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
All assets held by the Implementing Institute workers ' insurances, listed in Chapter 5, of the Act implementing organisation work and income -are administered separately and administered in the form of the Incapacity Fund for the self-employed persons referred to in Article 78 of the Law on incapacity for the self-employed persons, as in the case of the entry into force of the Article I, Section L , of this law, go on to the Disability Insurance Fund, intended in Article 72 of the Incapacity Insurance Act , in accordance with rules to be made by our Minister.
Within five years of the entry into force of this Act, our Minister of Social Affairs and Employment will send to the States General a report on the effectiveness and effects of this law in practice.
Articles of this Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree which may be determined differently for different articles or parts thereof, subject to the proviso that Article I, Section L , with respect to the Articles 76 and 77 of the Law on incapacity for the self-employed shall work back to 1 January 2004. The Royal Decree shall apply where necessary to: Article 16 of the Temporary Referendum Act .
This law is cited as: Act end access insurance WAZ.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
