In this regard, we have taken the view that it is desirable to open up the possibility that defects in a decision are to be rectified by the administrative court;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:

1 The Articles 39a to 39c of the Nature Conservation Act 1998 , as these luded before the entry into force of this Act, continue to apply to professions in which the Board of Administrative Law of the Council of State applied to Article 39a, first paragraph, of the Nature Conservation Act 1998 Before this law has entered into force.
2 If the proposal of the Act amending the Tracing Act, the Act of Emergency Act, and the Regional Planning Act for the improvement of the appeal procedure (31 546) is or is being passed by the Royal Message of 26 July 2008, Article 14a of the Act of Emergency Law shall continue to be broadening, as it was before the entry into force of this law, applicable to actions in which the Section of the Law of the Court of Justice has entered into force, or Article 14a (1) of the EC Treaty, first paragraph of Article 14a, of the Urgent law widening before the entry into force of this law.
3 If the proposal of the Act amending the Tracing Act, the Road Act of the Act of 26 July 2008, and the Regional Planning Act for the improvement of the appeal procedure (31 546) is or is being amended by the Act of 26 July 2008, Article I, Section B, of that Act has previously entered into force or is enacted by this Law, remains Article 25d of the Tracing Act, as it was before the entry into force of this Act, applicable to actions in which the Section Article 25d, first paragraph, of the TraceAct before the Court has adopted the This law has entered into force.
4 The 6.6 to 6.10 of the General Provisions Act , as these luded before the entry into force of this Act, continue to apply to professions in which the Board of Administrative Law of the Council of State applied to Article 6.6, first paragraph, of the General Provisions Act Before this law has entered into force.
5 Where the royal message of 28 September 2006 submitted a proposal of law laying down rules relating to the management and use of water systems ( Water Act ) (30 818) is or is elevated to law, and Chapter 9 of that Act has previously entered into force or acts than this Act, Chapter 9 of that Act, as it was before the entry into force of this Act, shall continue to apply to actions in which the Section of Administrative Court of the Council of State has applied to Article 9.1, first paragraph, of the Water Act Before this law has entered into force.
6 To an appeal against a national allocation decision, as referred to in Article 16.29, first paragraph, of the Environmental Protection Act , which relates to the plan period from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2012, remains Article 20.5a of the Environmental Protection Act As it was before the entry into force of this law, applicable.
7 If the proposal of the Act amending the Tracing Act, the Act of Emergency Act, and the Spatial Planning Act for the improvement of the appeal procedure (31 546) is or is being passed by the Royal Message of 26 July 2008, Articles 8.4a to 8.4f of the Spatial Planning Act, as they stand before the entry into force of this Act, apply to appeals, and Article III of that Act has entered into force earlier. In which the Governing Council of the Council of State has applied Article 8.4b, first member, of the Spatial Planning Act before this law has entered into force.
This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.
This law is cited as: Law administrative loop Awb.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
