Article XXV. Transitional duty

  • 1 In respect of afforested offences and criminal offences provided by or under the laws amended by this Act and committed no later than the day before the day on which this Act or its relevant part is in force the law, subject to the second paragraph, shall continue to apply as applied to that day.

  • 2 In respect of afforested offences provided by or under the laws amended by this Act and committed no later than the day before the day on which this Act or the relevant part thereof enters into force and continues on the day of entry into force of this Law or the relevant part thereof, the duty shall continue to apply as applicable on the day before the day of entry into force of this Law or the relevant part thereof, provided that no later than on the day of the day of entry into force of the law or the relevant part thereof. the thirtieth day following the day on which this Act or its component has entered into force The violation has been removed or detected.

  • 4 If, in the case of this law, afforestation or criminal offences or penalties are subject to legal effects or are conferred on them, the following shall be conferred on them:

    • a. Afforested offences and offences committed as from the day of entry into force of this Law or the relevant part thereof, and the offences referred to in the second paragraph, which continue after the thirtieth day of the offence day of entry into force of this Act or its relevant part thereof;

    • b. involved sanctions imposed on forested offences or offences referred to in subparagraph (a).

The articles of this Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by royal decree, which may be determined differently for the various articles or parts of such articles.
