Law of 20 april 2016 from amendment of certain tax laws and any other laws related to the application of Regulation (EU) No. 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 October 2013 establishing the customs code of the European Union (Ojeu 2013, L 269) (law adaptations to the customs code of the EU) We Willem-Alexander, by the grace of God, King of the Netherlands, Prince of Orange-Nassau, etc. etc. etc.
All who read this will see or hear, greetings! do: So We have considered, the need for certain provisions on customs in the customs code, the General public procurement 2012, the mining, the chemical weapons Convention implementation law, the law on turnover tax 1968, the law on excise duty, the law on the tax on consumption of non-alcoholic beverages, the Environmental Law base, the General Law on State taxes, the Invorderingswet 1990 Meetbrievenwet 1981, the law, the transport by sea, the commodities Act and the opium Act in connection with the application of Regulation (EU) No. 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 October 2013 establishing the customs code of the European Union (Ojeu 2013, L 269), the delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446 of 28 July 2015 supplementing Regulation (EU) No. 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with detailed rules concerning certain provisions of the customs code of the European Union (Ojeu 2015, L 343) and the implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2447 of 24 november 2015 laying down detailed rules for implementing certain provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the establishment of the customs code of the European Union (Ojeu 2015, L 343);
So it is, that we, the Advisory Department of the State Council heard, and with agreement of the States-General of the Netherlands, as we find good goedgevonden and have understood and understand to this: Economic Affairs article I [Red: changes the public procurement 2012.]

Article X [Red: modifies the Invorderingswet 1990.]
Infrastructure and the environment article XI [Red: modifies the Meetbrievenwet 1981.]

Article XII [Red: modifies the law of sea.]
Health, welfare and Sport Article XIII [Red: change the commodities Act.]

Article XIV [Red: modifies the opium law.]
Final provisions Article XV 1 pursuant to this law amended The laws as well as the-based provisions remain – including provisions of transitional law – and without prejudice to article 286, paragraph 3, of the customs code of the Union – as they are golden immediately prior to the date of entry into force of this law insofar as they relate to: (a) the levying of taxes and import duties which the facts giving rise to the creation of the chargeability of those taxes and import duties occurred prior to the entry into force of this Act;
b. criminal acts and facts giving rise to the imposition of an administrative fine which occurred prior to the entry into force of this law.
2 a ministerial order may further rules necessary for the implementation of the transition to the use of the full application of the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No. 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 October 2013 establishing the customs code of the European Union (Ojeu L 269, 2013), the EU legal acts based thereon and the related procedures.

Article XVI 1 decisions adopted before entry into force of this Act are taken on the basis of General provisions under or pursuant to the custom law be until further notice, but not after 1 may 2019, classified as to be taken on the basis of the provisions in or under the provisions of the General Customs law as law stands after entry into force of this law.
2 a ministerial order can be made further transitional provisions which are necessary following the entry into force of this law.

Article XVII this law shall enter into force at a time determined by Royal Decree.

Article XVIII this law is cited as: law adaptations to the customs code of the European Union.
Charges and recommend that this in the Official Gazette will be placed and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who it may concern, to the exact implementation will keep the hand.
