All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we have taken the view that it is desirable to adapt the provisions relating to the legal community of goods and to make some other changes in relation to them;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
1 Article 87 of Book 1 of the Civil Code shall apply only to compensation claims arising from procurement, payments or repayments occurring after the date of entry into force of this Act. The compensation claims arising from the acquisition, repayment or redemptions before that date shall continue to be subject to the duty immediately prior to the time of the day of the day of the day. the entry into force of this Act
2. On a community of goods, emerge before the entry into force of this law, Article 94, second paragraph, point c, and fifth paragraph, point (b), of Book 1 of the Civil Code Not applicable.
3 Article 95, first paragraph, second and third sentences, and second member, of Book 1 of the Civil Code shall apply only to compensation claims arising from procurement, payments or repayments occurring after the date of entry into force of this Act. The compensation claims arising from the acquisition, repayment or redemptions before that date shall continue to be subject to the duty immediately prior to the time of the day of the day of the day. the entry into force of this Act
4 Article 96, third paragraph, second sentence, and fourth member, second sentence, of Book 1 of the Civil Code shall apply only to compensation claims arising from debt payments made after the date of entry into force of this Act. The compensation claims arising from the payment of debts which occurred before that date shall remain the duty applicable immediately prior to the date of entry into force of this Act.
5 Article 96a of Book 1 of the Civil Code does not apply if the beneficiary was already irrevocable at the time of entry into force of this Act.
6 Article 99 of Book 1 of the Civil Code As this law was immediately prior to the date of entry into force of this Act, it shall continue to apply in cases where, at the date of entry into force of this Law, a request under Article 99 (b), (c) or (c), (d) that book has already been filed or an agreement as referred to in Article 99 (e) of that book has already been concluded, but has not yet been registered in the register of civil status.
7 The main liability arising from the dissolution of a community before the date of entry into force of this Community-debt law shall remain Article 102 Book 1 of the Civil Code As that article was applicable immediately prior to the date of entry into force of this Act.
8 The Articles 119 and 166, third sentence, of Book 1 of the Civil Code , as they were in prior to the entry into force of this Act, shall continue to apply to prenuptial agreement or change before that date.
9 The Articles 122 to 128 of Book 1 of the Civil Code , as those articles concluded immediately prior to the entry into force of this Act, continue to apply to communities of profit and loss and of fruits and earnings agreed before the time of entry into force of this law.
This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.
This law is cited as: Law adjustment legal community of goods.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
