All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we considered that it would be desirable to hold a combined ballot box for provincial governments and the category of residents in the general administration of the water system;
It is true that we, the Department of Consultative Affairs of the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have found and understand the same as We approve and understand:
1 The register of indications of the voting office referred to in Article 18 of the Watery Act , as this stated before the entry into force of Article II (B) , this Act shall become law within two months of the entry into force of Article I, Section L , transferred from the Chair of the polling station to the Central polling station for the election of the members of the general board of a watershelf, belonging to the category, intended to be Article 12, second paragraph, part a, of the Watery Act .
2 The institution of the voting office referred to in Article 18 of the Watery Act , as this stated before the entry into force of Article II (C) , of this law, and the appointment of the members of that voting office are equated to the establishment of the polling office and the appointment of the members of the main voting office, Article E 6a of the Kieswet .
3 In case of application of the Articles H 4 , H 13a and I 14 of the Kieswet in the case of the election of members of the public administration of watery belonging to the category referred to in paragraph 1 after the entry into force of this paragraph, those articles shall mean the "last election": the last election of the members of the category residents in the general board of the waterscape established under the Water law has been kept.
4 On the duration of sitting of a sitting general board of a watership established between 1 January 2013 and before the date on which it is established Article II, Section G , enters into force, remains Article 29, third and fourth member, of the Watery Act applicable for the purposes of the entry into force of Article II (G) of this Act.
1 The articles of that law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by royal decree, which may be determined differently for the various articles or parts of such articles.

This law is cited as: Law adjustment watery elections.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette and that all Ministries, authorities, colleges and public servants who so far as to do so will keep their hands on the precise execution.
