Article 1

• 1 The law as it applied before the date of entry into force of this Act shall continue to apply to:

  • a. Objection or appeal made at a decision published prior to that date;

  • b. appeal, resistance or appeal in cassation at a judgment published prior to that date;

  • (c) a request for revision of a judgment published prior to that date;

• 2 The first paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis to a request for provisional provision.

• 3 The old duty shall continue to apply to the appeal if:

  • (a) that right pursuant to the first paragraph applies to the profession;

  • (b) pursuant to that right, could be appealed; and

  • Application of the new law would result in an expiry of the possibility of a higher appeal.

• 4 If Article 8:69a of the General Administrative Law Law does not apply to the profession as a result of the first paragraph, the article does not apply to the appeal either.

Our Ministers of Security and Justice and of Internal Affairs and Kingdom Relations shall transmit within five years of the entry into force of Section A,article I , section YYY, to the States-General a report on the manner in which Article 8:69a of the General Administrative Law Law was applied.

This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree, which may be adopted in a different way for the various articles or parts of such articles.

This law is cited as: Law adjustment of administrative procedural law.

Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
