• 1 This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree which may be determined differently for the various articles or parts thereof, with the exception of: Article I (A) (3) and (4), Aa, Ab and Article IA .

• 2 Article I (A) (3) and (4), part Aa, part Ab , and Article IA shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which they are placed and shall return to work until 1 January 2005.

Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
