Law of 20 November 2006 amending a number of laws in the field of industrial relations and the labour market (Gather labour and labour market 2006)

In this regard, we have taken the view that technical improvements and any other changes in legislation in the field of labour relations and the labour market should be introduced;
For instance, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-liked and understood to be right and to be understood as saying:
If on the basis of Article 11 of the Child Care Act as that article was worded before the entry into force of the Adaptation Act General law income-dependent schemes By way of derogation from that Article, an application for the determination of the concession of the Kingdom concerning the financial year 2005 shall be applied before 1 April 2007 and the claim shall be made in good time before 1 April 2007, if the application for the concession is made. accommodating only exists on the basis of Article 6, fourth paragraph, of the childcare law such as this article is replaced by the following: Article I (A) (3) and (4) -This law has entered into force.

1 This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree which may be determined differently for the various articles or parts thereof, with the exception of: Article I (A) (3) and (4), Aa, Ab and Article IA .
2 Article I (A) (3) and (4), part Aa, part Ab , and Article IA shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which they are placed and shall return to work until 1 January 2005.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
