1 The articles of this Law enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree which may be determined in different ways for the various articles or parts of such articles.
2 By way of derogation from the first paragraph, the Articles IV and XVI of this Act in effect as from the date of entry into force of the Law of February 7, 2013 amending the Municipal Act and any other laws relating to the abolition of the authority of municipal governments to enter parishes. sets ( Stb. 2013, 76). If the Official Journal of the State in which this Law is placed is issued on or after that date, Articles IV and XVI of this Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which this Law is placed.
This law is cited as: Collecting law Security and Justice 2013.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and public servants who so far as to do so will keep their hands on the precise execution.
