• 1 Our Minister of Social Affairs and Employment may be the amounts mentioned in Article IX, Part , of this Act, once modified after the date of entry into force of that item.

• 2 This Article shall expire six months after the entry into force of the item part mentioned in paragraph 1.

• 1 On benefits granted or provided to a college of mayor and aldermen on the basis of the Participatory Budget Act before the date of entry into force of Article XXXVIB of this Act continue to apply the Law participatory budget and its related provisions as they were in the day prior to the date of entry into force Article XXXVIB of this Act.

• 2 Resources based on Article 2 or Article 4 of the Act of Participation or resigned provisions are reserved for spending in 2015 except for the amount made available by Our Minister of Education, Culture and Science, may pass through the college of mayor and aldermen in 2015. are freely spent within the framework of an integration benefit under the Financial Ratio Law. This amount shall not be recovered in the manner provided for in Article 4 (2) and (3) of the Act, which was the same as that provided for in the first paragraph of Article 4.
