Act of 4 December 2013 amending the General Law on Special Sickness Benefits, the Sickness Insurance Act and the Law on the Law of the Sea of the Sea of the Sea of the Sea to make some improvements in it, as well as technical repairs in various areas laws (Veegwet VWS 2013)

In this regard, we have taken into consideration that it is desirable to General Law Specific Health Costs , the Health insurance law and the Importing and Adaptation Act the provision of limited changes in respect of the responsibility and financing of health insurers, as well as the advisability of making legal repairs in a variety of laws and repealing two acts of legislation;

  • 1 In addition to Article 39 of the Zorginsurance Act may also be brought in favour or under the Zorginsurance Fund by setting up the ZorgInstitution, with health insurers as defined in the Health insurance law amounts to be reckoning in respect of, in respect of, in a calendar year caught, at or pursuant to Article 11 of the Zorginsurance Act the provision of the care provided by categories of care providers to be identified by ministerial arrangement, which has been taken into account by health insurance providers in the following two calendar years.

  • 2 The first paragraph shall apply only to care which has been started in the calendar year immediately preceding the year in which a new funding system has been established for the designated category of care providers.

  • 3 In the case of a ministerial arrangement, the Zorginstitute shall determine, on the basis of the provisions of the first paragraph, how the Zorginstitute shall calculate the amounts referred to in that paragraph and where the netting referred to in that paragraph shall be took place.

Our Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport broadcasts within five years of the entry into force of Article II, Part D , from this law, and thereafter each time after five years, to the States General a report on the effectiveness and effects of Article II, Section D, in practice.

By way of derogation from the Articles 22 in conjunction with 32 of the Law Admission Care Institutions are on the legal position of the staff of the College Construction Care Institutions and the College remediation care institutions the rules applicable to civil servants appointed to ministries, not applicable until 1 January 2017.
