Act of 30 March 2011, temporarily amending the Fisheries Act 1963 in relation to the introduction of the power to take administrative measures

In this regard, we considered that it would be desirable to prohibit fishing in the interests of public health and thus provide for effective and unambiguous measures to ensure compliance with the conditions laid down in the relevant provisions of the Directive. to promote the requirements of final products;
It is true that we, the Department of Consultative Affairs of the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have found and understand the same as We approve and understand:
(1) If the draft law submitted by royal message of 19 March 2008 incorporated into law an integral framework for rules on animals and related subjects (Wet animals 31 389) and articles 1.1, 5.1, 5.10, 8.1 to 8.4 and 11.8, to the extent that the latter article relates to Part A, second paragraph, enter into force:
a. shall be founded on the basis of Article 54c of the Fisheries Act 1963 measures, arrangements or decisions taken in accordance with Articles 5.1 and 5.10 of the Act,

e. [ Red: modifies the Law on Economic Crimes.]
2 Article 54c of the Fisheries Act 1963 As this stated before the entry into force of the Articles mentioned in paragraph 1, introductory sentence, application shall continue to apply in respect of conduct which took place during the period between the entry into force of the Temporary Change of the Fisheries Act 1963 in relation to the introduction of powers of administrative action and the entry into force of the articles referred to in paragraph 1.
This Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which it is placed.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
