  • (1) If the draft law submitted by royal message of 19 March 2008 incorporated into law an integral framework for rules on animals and related subjects (Wet animals 31 389) and articles 1.1, 5.1, 5.10, 8.1 to 8.4 and 11.8, to the extent that the latter article relates to Part A, second paragraph, enter into force:

    • a. shall be founded on the basis of Article 54c of the Fisheries Act 1963 measures, arrangements or decisions taken in accordance with Articles 5.1 and 5.10 of the Act,

This Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which it is placed.
