Law of 23 December 1992, on the Act of Emergency Reduction of Material Maintenance and Other Provisions in Primary Education

In this regard, we have taken into account that, in view of the state of the financial finances, including the increase in prices currently expected in 1993, it is necessary to intervene in the programmes of requirements for the financial year of the European Union for the year 2000, which are to be implemented in the material provision for the conservation and other facilities in primary education;

In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:

  • 1 The programmes of requirements for physical provisions for the maintenance of the maintenance of the other provisions under Article 92 (2) Article 90 of the Basic Education Act ( Stb. 1986, 256) were adopted for the year 1993.

  • 2 Instead of the programmes referred to in paragraph 1, the Minister for Education and Science, by way of derogation from the Basic education law new programmes of requirements, the amounts being calculated by increasing the amounts on the basis of the price level in 1992 by 2,4%. These programmes of requirements are by way of derogation from the Basic education law the basis for the compensation for the physical provisions for the maintenance of the other provisions for the year 1993.

This Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the State Sheet where it is placed. If: State Sheet in which this law is placed, shall be issued after 31 December 1992, enters into force from the day following the date of issue of the State Sheet in which it is placed, and shall return to it until 1 January 1993.

Burdens and orders that are in the State Sheet will be placed, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
