Provisions under the law which refer to the Law consultation traffic and water state , are construed as references to the Wet Consulate Infrastructure and the Environment.

Article XXXIV

• 1 This Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette, in which it is placed, with the exception of:

  • a. the Articles I , IV, part B , VII , VIII , X , XI , XV, Parts B and C , XVI, Parts A below 4, B to D, Z to CC, GG, and HH , XVII , XXIV Parts A and C , and XXIX , which enter into force on a date to be determined by royal decree, which may be determined differently for the various articles or parts of the goods;

  • b. Article VI , which will enter into force at the time when it is in Article I, Section E, of the proposal of the Act of 26 April 2013 amending the Act of Incomposition Consumer and Market Act and any other acts relating to the streamlining of the Authority's opinion Consumer and Market Market Surveillance proposed Article 6a enters into force. If the Official Gazette, in which this Act is placed, is issued after 31 December 2014, Article VI of this Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette, in which this Law is placed, and

  • c. Article XXIII (B) to (G) , which enter into force at the time when the Chapters 2 to 10 of the Local Rail Act Enter into force.

• 2 Article XXXI works back up to and including the date on which the Royal Message of 28 October 2013 amending the Road Traffic Act 1994 and the Driving Education Act 1993 in connection with the introduction of the Driving obligation for agricultural and forestry tractors and motor vehicles with reduced speed (T driving licence), after it has been elevated to law, has entered into force.
