Law of 13 December 2010 restoring legal shortcomings and omissions and other amendments of a subordinate nature to various legislative provisions in the Ministry of the Interior and of the Relations of the Kingdom (Repair Act BZK 2010)

In this regard, we have taken the view that it is desirable to restore some legal shortcomings in some legal provisions in the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations and in some related fields. (i) to make other modifications of a subordinate nature thereto;

In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
