In this regard, we have taken the view that it is necessary to authorise our Minister of Finance to issue Treasury bills in 1988 and to grant money loans and loans from the State of the Netherlands;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
Our Minister of Finance is authorized to issue Treasury bills in 1988 and to make loans from the State of the Netherlands in order to meet the State's financial needs as well as monetary considerations.
The maturity of the money loans will be up to 50 years.
Our Minister of Finance shall, subject to the provisions of the Law Treasury ( Stb. 1976, 110) and this Act lays down the conditions under which treasury bills are issued and loans and loans from the State of the Netherlands.
1 Our Minister of Finance may issue to bankers, brokers in transferable securities and commissions in securities about the nominal amount, in respect of loans contracted by tender, to bankers, brokers in securities and commissions. tenders issued, in respect of which the payment due has been paid, a fee of up to 1/2% (a half to 100).
2 Our Minister of Finance may grant to mediators in private loans on the nominal amount of private loans granted by their intervention, a commission of up to 1/8% (an eighth one to 100).
The right to claim a principal of the debt contracted in accordance with the provisions of this Law shall be subject to a limitation of 10 years from the first day on which the principal shall be redeemable.
This Act shall enter into force from 1 January 1988; it may be cited as: Law 1988.
Burdens and orders that are in the State Sheet will be placed, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
