We have taken into consideration that, according to the final provision of the new Code of Criminal Procedure the entry into force of that Code is regulated further by the law;
So it is that we, the Council of State, and with the general consultations of the States-General, have found and understand, as we approve, the following provisions, which shall form the following provisions:

The new Code of Criminal Procedure will enter into force on a date to be determined by Us.
We reserve, however, before the entry into force of the Articles 48 , 49 and Code 275 of the Code to be determined at a later date than that specified in the first paragraph .

On Onzen, the new Code of Criminal Procedure With the amendments and complements introduced therein, summarized in a consecutively numbered series of books, titles, parts, paragraphs and articles and becomes the citation thereof, as in this Code as in other laws and legal acts; rules, in connection therewith, as may be amended as necessary.
