Law of December 22, 2011, repealing the Law Work and Income Artists Act

In this regard, we have taken into consideration that it is desirable to Law work and income artists to attract, as artists as a profession enjoy an exception in social security in relation to other occupational groups in a difficult labour market position;

The Law work and income artists and the provisions based thereon, as well as the legal provisions which are amended on the basis of this Law and the provisions based thereon, such as those in place on 31 December 2011, shall continue to apply to the settlement of benefits, in which: form-by-form, under the Work and Income Act (Wet Work and Income) granted over a period which was set for 1 January 2012.

This Law shall enter into force from 1 January 2012.

Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
