Law of 7 April 2011 revoking the Urban Renewal Act in relation to the decentralisation of the investment budget urban renewal (Intraction law Urban Renewal Act)

All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we considered that in order to decentralize the investment budget for urban renewal it would be desirable to Urban renewal Act to withdraw and to provide for transitional law in respect of such withdrawal;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
The Urban renewal Act shall be withdrawn.
1 For the purposes of this Article:
a. First investment period: the years 2000 to 2004;
b. Second investment period: the years 2005 to 2009;
c. third investment period: the years 2010 to 2014.
2 With regard to the investment budget as referred to in Article 5, first and fourth paragraph respectively, of the Urban Renewal Act , granted for the first or second investment period, the amount of which at the date of entry into force of this Act has not yet been established in accordance with Article 14 or 15 of that Act , remains at or under the Urban renewal Act Specific application.
3 The amount of the investment budget granted for the third investment period as referred to in Article 5, first and fourth paragraph respectively, of the Urban Renewal Act It shall apply to the advance payment of the investment budget in 2010, as referred to in Article 10 (1) of Article 12 of the Urban Renewal Act .
4 The following Article 6 (4) of the Urban Renewal Act Provincial regulations adopted shall remain in force with respect to the third investment period, and shall be held from the date of entry into force of this Law to this Article.
5 Under Article Article 20 of the Urban Renewal Act established ministerial arrangements, as last adopted at the time of entry into force of this Act, shall remain in force until that time, subject to withdrawal before that date, from the date of withdrawal, and be based on the date set out in this Article.
This Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which it is placed. The Articles I , II , and III works back to and including 1 January 2011.
This law is cited as: Intraction law Law urban renewal.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
